Personalization has become a key growth driver in ecommerce, but most 3D configurator tools remain restrictive, expensive, and technically limiting. Through years of ecommerce customization work, we identified recurring market-wide issues that block scale: limited real-time rendering performance, weak mobile optimization, basic text tooling, rigid pricing structures, missing SKU automation, inaccurate AR output, manual print-file preparation, and heavy dependence on external platforms. These constraints make personalization difficult to scale and expensive to maintain.
