JANGA Wetsuits wanted to bring their custom ordering experience online by allowing customers to design premium wetsuits visually before purchasing. The goal was to replace a manual, form-based process with an interactive product builder that supports men's, women's, and kids' wetsuits. Using Kickflip's 2D product customizer, we created a fast, intuitive customization flow where users can select panel colors, apply patterns, customize logo colors, choose thickness, add hood and thermal lining options, and pick sizes — all with real-time visual feedback while maintaining JANGA's production and branding rules.

Before the configurator, customers had limited visibility into what their custom wetsuit would look like, which created hesitation before checkout. Handling custom orders required back-and-forth communication and slowed down fulfillment. With many combinations of colors, patterns, materials, and sizes, JANGA also needed a way to present options clearly without overwhelming users. The challenge was to deliver a visual, scalable customization system that improves buyer confidence while enforcing manufacturing constraints such as logo placement, pattern usage, and upgrade logic.
